1. About us and acceptance of these terms

This website, mobilenumero.edufost.com (the “Site”), is operated by Edufost (“Edufost”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing, browsing or using the Site, or by submitting the enquiry form, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Capacity and free consent

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. You confirm that your use of the Site is voluntary and that your acceptance of these terms is given freely, without coercion, undue influence or misrepresentation.

You agree that submitting the form, or continuing to use the Site, constitutes valid electronic acceptance of these terms under applicable law.

3. What this Site does

The Site describes an online course called Mobile Numerology and allows you to submit your name, mobile number and email so that we can direct you to the course platform and follow up with you. That is the entire function of the Site. It is an information and enquiry page, not a shop.

4. The course

The course consists of approximately 1 hour 9 minutes of pre-recorded video across 5 sections and 10 lectures, with a certificate of completion. Course length, structure, lecture titles and included materials may be revised by the course provider from time to time without notice.

Course access is granted for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not record, download other than as the platform permits, copy, resell, share, republish or redistribute any part of the course, or grant access to your account to any other person.

5. Nature of the content, and absence of any guarantee

Numerology is presented throughout this Site and the course as a system of interpretation, belief and traditional practice. It is not a science, is not presented as one, and is not supported by scientific evidence. All content is offered for informational, educational and general guidance purposes only.

We make no guarantee, promise, prediction or assurance of any outcome whatsoever. In particular, nothing on this Site or in the course should be understood as promising or implying any improvement in, or any particular result relating to, your finances, income, wealth, career, business, employment, education, health, relationships, marriage, family, travel, property, luck or personal circumstances.

Any mobile number, date or calculation shown on the Site is illustrative only. It is an example used to explain a method, and is not a recommendation that any particular number is fortunate, unfortunate, or suitable for you.

The content is not professional advice. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical, psychiatric, psychological or career advice, and must never be used as a substitute for consulting a suitably qualified professional. You should independently verify anything you intend to rely on. Every decision you take remains entirely your own, taken at your own discretion and risk.

You acknowledge that numerology is inherently subjective, and that dissatisfaction arising from personal expectation, individual interpretation or a belief that a predicted outcome did not occur does not by itself constitute a defect in the course, a deficiency in service, or a misrepresentation.

6. Price, purchase and refunds

No payment is taken on this Site. Clicking “Learn Now” takes you to a separate, independently operated course platform (currently courses.store), where you may create an account, download an application and purchase the course.

Any price shown here — including any discounted price, saving, or countdown timer — is indicative promotional information only. The price you actually pay, the currency, applicable taxes, accepted payment methods, how and when course access is delivered, and the refund, cancellation and chargeback policy are all determined by that platform at the point of purchase. Please read them there before paying.

The contract of sale is between you and that platform and/or its merchant of record, not with us. Accordingly, refund and cancellation requests must be raised with that platform under its policy. We do not process payments, issue refunds or control access to purchased content. Where we reasonably can, we will help you raise a matter with the platform; see section 13.

Where the promotional price on this Site is described as resetting daily, this means the offer price is set on a daily basis and the countdown shows the time remaining until midnight Indian Standard Time. It is not a representation that the course will never again be offered at that price.

We sell no physical goods through this Site, and no shipping or delivery of physical items is undertaken by us.

7. Communications you agree to receive

By submitting the enquiry form you expressly agree that we may contact you on the details you provide, by telephone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email or notification, for service-related purposes (replying to you, helping you access the course, customer support) and for promotional purposes (information about our courses, offers and content).

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by emailing contact@edufost.com. We may still send you messages that are necessary to respond to your enquiry or to meet a legal or security obligation. Communications sent through WhatsApp are additionally subject to Meta and WhatsApp platform policies, which we do not control.

You confirm that the contact details you provide are your own and are accurate, and that you are not submitting another person’s details without their permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any account;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with, overload or disrupt the Site;
• scrape, data-mine, crawl or extract content by automated means without our written permission;
• copy, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from the Site or the course.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, video, the Edufost name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

Any third-party names, marks or references appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are used for general informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or any connection with us or this course.

If you believe content on this Site infringes your intellectual property, write to contact@edufost.com with proof of ownership, your contact details, and a description and location of the material concerned. We will review and act on valid complaints promptly.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site links to services we do not control, including the course platform, app stores and payment processors used by that platform. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, security, data practices or conduct. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms, and are at your own discretion and risk.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have actually paid directly to us. As no payment is taken on this Site, this will ordinarily be nil; any claim relating to a course purchase lies against the platform that sold it to you.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edufost and its people from any claim, liability, loss, cost or expense arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

13. Grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

14. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you use it is the version that applies, and the “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. Where a change is material we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect indicates your acceptance of it.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring proceedings elsewhere, the competent courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.
